Alltel's Atlanta roaming partner

Hey guys, I'm trying to find out what roaming partner Alltel uses in
the Stone Mountain / Atlanta area. from the PRL's I've looked at, it
looks like possibly Verizon's SID #41, on the "A" cellular side. If
someone could confirm or deny this, that would be great. thanks!

Here are the preferred SID's for the Atlanta Region. All of the SID's are
listed a free roaming partners on the Alltel 1203 PRL. Long story short,
SID 41 is a preferred roaming partner.

my parents are up there this weekend, still toting analog phones,
and I wanted to be sure they were on the correct system.
