Mine starts at 8 pm....used to start at 7 pm till I changed to the
national plan.

You may be able to convice a local rep (who knows the right code) to
change your plan so it starts at 8 pm.

9 pm is pretty much useless, unless you live on the east coast and are
calling the west coast.
