FYI.... If you are in the market for anything from Motorola
(http://www.store.motorola.com) you can get 15% off by using this code:

PASS_13071

A friend and I both just tried it and it works.

You have a code for the Sony/Ericcson store?

I just got a free W300i from Cingular/ATT whilst I wait
for the iPhone 2 with GPS that I can add my own free ringtones to.

So, after telling all of us for the last 3 months how the iPhone was
the best phone ever produced, you've bought a garden-variety Sony
while "waiting for an iPhone 2?"

And what makes you think the iPhone 2 will let you have" free
ringtones?"  Nothing prevents this on the current iPhone except that
SJ sold his soul to the Devil- or the RIAA (not sure which is
worse...)

Most, if not all, deficiencies of the iPhone are by intent- not
limitations of the hardware.

I disagree. My opinion is that Apple products are greatly over-rated,
from the iPod to the iPhone, and when compared to other products on the
market, are mediocre at best. Apple is all about marketing.
