Motorola has software updates for the following Alltel phone models:

KRZR K1m
RAZR2 V9m
ROKR Z6m
Q
RAZR V3a

To update, go here and select Alltel, then your model:

Found the update processor through the webpages. Thanks for
info. When I tried the phone to update over-the-air, it said
there were no updates. Curious....??

OTA updates and updates from the web-based tool are from two different
servers.

So there could be an update on the web server but not the OTA server,
for whatever reason.
