I am getting ready to dump verizon for alltel. I was an alltel customer
about four years ago. An arguement with customer service was the main reason
for leaving. Well last week my phone croaked and I was three days arguing
with the IDIOT tech in the local store before getting a new phone. The phone
was still under warrenty bye the way.  I am in E. Tennessee. All input, good
or bad, will be apprceiated.

God bless

Well, since you yourself have been with both VZW and Alltel, just what
do you expect us to say that you probably don't already know?
