As soon as I got the guy I said opps, wrong number and hung up.
Right after I called 611 but never got through.
Is it worth even calling Customer Support to try and get my 1.25 back?

Never knew that ATTWS had a clause at the of their contract that Explains
their rates and FEE'S and then says, "But should you error, please, call up
customer service and we will be glad to remove off your bill"

Yeah, but given the average 2-hour plus hold times at ATTWS' CS, you'd
be working for 62-cents an hour... ;-)

>Yeah, but given the average 2-hour plus hold times at ATTWS' CS,
hmmmm....... I keep seeing these statements about elongated hold times yet in
the past 4 or 5 months the most hold time I have had was abou 28 minutes (day
before yesterday) with total time on the phone about an hour.
What am I doing differently?

You will not get your $1.25 back if you call CS.
I have a 411 charge, called and CS refused to remove the bill. CS said to
call 411.
I called 411 to remove the $1.25, said ok. Next month, no $1.25 removed,
but another $1.25 charge for calling 411.
Last month I called again. You need to ask to remove whatever you called
about and credit the call your making,
411 owes me 3 calls; waiting to see on the next statement.
You'll never see me flame anyone that flames ATTWS. Longtimer's here will
tell you it's not the company they started with.
Worldcom is the worst.
Two years ago when I left Cingular (Pacific Bell), they were second worst.
And Cingular (USA) is not Cingular (the old Pacific Bell). California M2M
calling is only the old Pacific Bell areas, not nation wide.
And now ATTWS is in the mud for customer care.
Sprint has potential, but they did a lot of people real hard and hung them
up wet.
Verizon is at the top of the heap, but none are perfect nor that good for
what it;s worth.

Never have a problem with hold time when calling customer service although I
do call 1800-888-7600 ... called yesterday twice to do ESN changes, no hold
time at all, after pushing in social security and zip, than 0,0,0,0.. i got
connected both times total call time 12mins included reprogramming the phone
and getting voice mail to do the speed dial.. any other time I call which is
not very often maybe 10x's in the past year, never waited at all someone was
always right there.. so sorry you all have such problems and complaints..
