Selling phones on eBay, with or without SIM card??

I deleted all numbers from the phone, so should I pull the sim card
out?  Account is closed.  ATT just did not work where I work. Phones
are a Nokia 8390 and a Siemens S46.

Will leaving it in cause me a problem?  It seems buyers want them.

Unless the SIM was never activated nobody else will be able to use it.

SIMs can be reprogrammed (a limited number of times) with new information
(inc. new phone number etc.) so it could be done but I would suggest letting
the buyer get his own.
