Got a nice lady on the phone with no accent, well a US accent to your
foreigners, asked if I was talking to someone in India. She replied no.
I believed her.

Nothing. It's just the damn foreigners aren't properly trained and
reading scripts. We dont have time for that sh.t.

Counters all the ATTWS has lousy customer service, presumably because
their call centers went to India
