It won't happen. It's only available on $59.99 and above.

You may be able to get it under 59.99 (doubtful though) but never on
anything less than a 2 year.

So the answer is No: they will not do it even if you ask. You must
get a $59.99 plan and you must sign a 2 year contract even on OLD
accounts.
There is no freakin way I would do that might as well cancel and sign
up new!!!!

We had someone post a few weeks back that got 7PM from a store without
the $59 deal.
