Everytime I make a decision, they change the price. I guess they want me to
be more impulsive than I am.
Anyone know if this is a temp increase? When I got the t616 for my
daughter, the price seemed to bounce daily.

I know! those bastards! I almost went down and got one too! grr, if I didn't
owe so much to the IRS I would have one on my desk right now. Not to worry
though, give it a month and the special offers will come around again
anyways... and it sounds like some better plans are coming out anyways.
do you know if the v600 ships unlocked from attws?

I do not know. You can get an unlocked one on Ebay for another $100 or so
from the new price.
I was going for the shared plan to consolidate all of us, get more minutes,
get rid of my t720, and get new phones.
Oh well. I'm going to call the National Accounts group in the a.m. to see
if they will help out.

All AT&T Wireless phones are sold locked. Cingular generally sells
unlocked phones.

will Cingular be offering the v600? I could just buy it from them since
attws will become Cingular anyways ;-)

Cingular is currently selling the v400

but the 400 is not the 600. I need the BT in the v600. Or, are you saying,
they have the 400, so they will not have the 600

AT&T Wireless is desparate to attract customers, so they have been
having one day, 3 day and other sales with various phones for free;
but it makes no sense to offer a phone for free if you're almost out of
stock of it.
You want a V600, just be patient, deals will come around for it again.
Or check Amazon or other 3rd party vendors.
