Can someone review Houston GSM?

I am about to ink a 2 year deal with AT&T for GSM. Can someone tell
me about GSM there? Specifically I am looking at the Medical Center
Area, Downtown, and Rice University, and Galleria. How about
building penetration? I will be working in the hospital and would
like coverage there. I am not there now though!

2 years ago the reviews were bad, but has it changed?

Many Hospitals forbid useage of cell phones for fear of interfering with
Medical instrumentation; there have been discussions saying in some
cases that may not be a valid fear, but that doesn't change the ban
currently in place.

I work in the radiology department and thus we are not subject to the ban.
