As part of the merger Central PA and Philly markets started sharing Cingular
and ATT towers back at the beginning of March. Coverage has greatly
increased because of it. Even before the merger most of ATT's coverage in
Philly was on Cingulars towers anyway.
PS - Don't worry about roaming charges if your phone is reading Cingular
instead of ATT. (as long as you're in hour home calling area)

In Detroit, I just forced my ATT onto the Cingular network.
