Nokia introduces a new cheaper N Gage:
Good:
$199 instead of $299 List Price
Games now hot-swappable - no removing battery
65000 color screen instead of 4096
Longer battery life claimed:
Bad:
Dual band, not triband phone
No USB port - only Blue tooth for synch now
No MP3 player
Still same small screen
Still only 10 games available

Having played an N-Gage, I think it is a horrible waste of money. I
couldn't imagine using it as a cell phone for one thing. And the way
you had to change cartridges in the "original" models was simply
ridiculous. At least the latter is being remedied now, but still... if
one wanted a portable gaming system, a Game Boy Advance is under $100
and has thousands of games availible for it.
