Hello all! I have T-Moblie at the moment but I'm thinking of switching if I can find a cheaper plan that gives me around the same amount of minutes. 600 any time & free nights and weekends. Nights start at 9:00 pm. Anything better out there? It's about $40.00 amonth. No, I don't need more than 600 minutes! It's just about right. Thanks! You mean you've never seen something advertised on a website one day and gone the next? All I know is that I was paying 29.95 for 1000 minutes. To get a deal on the phone I wanted, they wanted me to pay 39.95 for the same 1000 minutes which *was* on their website. I told them they needed to sweeten the deal because 10 bucks/mo for the same minutes will negate the discount on the phone real fast. They offered 1400 minutes, and that was that. Get a life putz. From what I've read here, you don't even subscribe to ATT so why are you here? The 29.95/1000 minutes NEVER even existed, so how can you know it's a local plan? Every CSR I talked to over the last 4 years wondered how I even got it. I got it by haggling with a CSR every time I called. None of this web crap. Go ahead Mr.know-it-all call ATT and ask them if there *EVER* was a 29.95 plan that gave you 1000 peak minutes, unlimited nights/weekends, roaming, and free long distance. They will say emphatically, NO. Guess what...up until 2 weeks ago *I* had that non-existant plan. So, how can you possibly tell that I had a local plan when the plan never "officially" existed? I will admit that my new plan with 1400 minutes *is* local (with free long distance), but I did the math, and it's cheaper for me to do that with the limited amount of travel that I do.
