No, but this source has a Motorola page and claims they can unlock a
v600 for $15 if you have a USB data cable.

I haven't tried it personally.

$35 I think, but your point is taken.  Unlocking the new Motorolas seems
more complicated than Nokias.  Everyone wants more time and the price is
higher.  I think that they are outsourcing the the process.  I cannot be
sure.  I needed it unlocked and it was cheaper to buy the phone subsidized
and unlock the same.  My b--ch is that this phone was purchased and unlocked
on an account which had been with ATTWS since 1997 and has been a high
minute user.  The purpose wasn't to jump ship, but for European prepaids.
ATT needs to reconsider its policy.
