Nokia 6310i firmware update via ATTWS?

Do the ATTWS retail stores do this or is there an '800' number I can
call to get this taken care of.

I'm fed up with the bluetooth problems in the 5.2 and 5.1 firmware and
really want to update to 5.50.

Your best bet would be to find a Nokia Authorized Service center in your
area. They should be able to update your software.
