Anyone who has used them knows this true.

Wow, that's is the most insightful statement I have ever seen on this NG, I
am so glad you shared this with all of us.

I had ATTWS for eleven years. During that
time I pretty good service all around. However,
with the sale of wireless the change set in.
ATTWS always promoted the executive type
service. Their sales personnel always coat-and-tie
and they really never did seem to realize that
everyone was into cellular. When I first had
ATTWS I paid 40 cents for local service. Their
technical-service personnel were never very
good and frequently lost your phone and no-one
seemed to be able to get things together. Arrogance
and aloofness was not a quality that such low caliber
personnel were entitled to. You were always
provided technical information by dressed-up
females with "hauteur." in actuality they had
difficulty  even in locating which end of the
phone to talk into.  I finally
switched to Verizon, and things are somewhat
better, IMHOP.  ATTWS has great possibilities
but is truly lacking in vision and leadership.
My opinion for what it is or isn't worth.

Would you care to elaborate on your inane post?

*I* was a customer for 18 months...he is RIGHT..it IS one f.cked up, left
foot not knowing where the right foot is company that couldnt care less
about it's customers. Over selling the Los Angeles market, not maintaining
the equipment and taking local capabilities from the TDMA system to launch
GSM. Their service in Southern California is "Dog sh.t". AT&TWorthless makes
up the rules as they go along, will sh.t all over you when you quit their
"service".
After Cingular takes over their system it will be a DUAL BAND system
(880/1900) and might be a damn good system when they are thru. As it sits
right now, I wouldnt take a FREE(service and phone) AT&TWorthless phone on
either TDMA or GSM......AT&TWorthless just plain sucks!(in Southern
California). Your personal experiance in other locations may vary...Eddie

You still have the same billing, web sales, and Customer Service issues
in all 50 States.
