We just moved to a new house last week and immediately switched our cell
provider from Sprint to AT&T. Now, we've come to realize that there is
absolutely no reception here. We've signed up for a 2-year contact, and I've
been told the early termination fee for each line is $175 (we have 3 lines).
Is there ANY possible way to get out of this without paying the fee? I'm
incredibly desperate here, and will resort to begging on my knees if
necessary.

Don't ask. Demand to be l;et out because of non reception.

If you need to write to your State's Attorney general woth a certfied
copy to AT&TWS in Bothell Washington.

There is a common law principle of "Fitness for purpose" It is not right
they sell you a phone they can't use.; contract to the contrary. The
contract is just a legal wish list that they hope you'll blindly follow.
You don't have to.

If you did it last week, there's no problem.  Just take it back to the
store (within 30 days of initiation) and return it for full credit
(minus any actual minutes used).  That's ATTWS's policy.

Well, I purchased the plans and phones through letstalk.com, and their
policy is to only accept returns within 7 days or before 30 minutes of
usage, whichever comes first. Between the three of us, we've used about an
hour already. Can I still return these to a ATTWS store for a refund?

The EQUIPMENT might have a 7 day return policy through letstalk.com,
but the SERVICE has a 30 day buyer's remorse policy, which means you
can cancel your service before the 30 days are up without any type of
cancellation penality.

The dealer can accept back the phones you bought, but they cannot sell
them as new, so that's why they implement their return policy.  7
days, however, is rather short, compared to other dealers that offer
14 days or 30 days return policy.

Hope this helps.

You can't if you don't go there.

You had a 30 day free trial. Didn't you realize within the trial
period that the service wasn't working for you????
