Siebel.If the VISION notes show that there is a problem with the number
porting or shows as "complete" in VISION but not activated in AXYS or Siebel
(ie: VISION notes shows the one-time charge and the order as "complete" but
the caller cannot receive inbound calls). Any order that shows as "complete"
but the customer cannot receive inbound calls is a sign of porting failure.
The caller should be transferred to the DMDR-LNP team. DMDR-LNP team hours
Monday - Friday 7:00 A.M. to 11:00 P.M. (central) Saturday - Sunday 10:00
A.M. to 9:00 P.M. (central).

     DMDR-LNP team

using LNP cannot receive inbound calls there is a chance that there is a
porting issue. To determine how to assist the caller, do the following.
Begin by placing the customer on hold and dialing the MIN/MSISDN of the
wireless phone to see if the call can be received. If the call is received
by the customers' wireless phone, assist the caller by familiarizing them
with the phone and make sure that the ring tone is set. If the call does not
go through the wireless phone the porting of the number is either in
progress or failed. Transfer the caller to the DMDR-LNP team. DMDR-LNP team
hours Monday - Friday 7:00 A.M. to 11:00 P.M. (central) Saturday - Sunday
10:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M. (central)
