Hi,

I'm getting the run-around from both my local AT&T Wireless store as well as
AT&T Wireless "Customer Service" (how do they have the gall to call it that!?).
It's been over 2 months now I've waited on a refund check to be issued (paid
cash).

I asked the store manager who his supervisor is, and the coward refused to tell
me. Also, AT&T "Customer Service" claimed not to have the information
(Um....hello? What!?!).

Does anyone know how I can find out to whom the manager of the store answers?

TIA for any help you can offer.

Believe it or not, CS is not shooting you any bull this time.  They
really can't help you here.

You need to contact the Retail Area Manager.  This person is the
manager of all the retail managers in your particular area.  If you
can't find out this information, go to another store.  Ask a stupid
question, like "Is John Smith the RAM for your area?"  The salesperson
will usually come back with the correct name of the RAM of AWS in your
area, to which you say, I am sorry the guy I was thinking about works
for T-Mobile.

Hope this helps.
