Am I the only one or are there other ATT Wireless GSM users also
having difficulties sending SMS Text Messages?

Is this a known issue on ATT's system or is there a fix on my end...

So far confirmed (Could receive but cannot send to):  Egypt, Qatar,
China, and India.  A friend has T-Mobile and he was able to send to
the recipients in those countries - so we know that its not an issue
on their end...

It is not you.  ATT's text messaging is no where near as good as T-Mobile's
on international text messages.  Conversely, it is better than Sprint and
Verizon.

Make sure you're using the correct international number format:

+   country-code   phone-number

The leading "+" is critical.
