For 24 hours now I've been unable to check my minutes online for my One Rate plan. Is anyone else having this problem too? I tried to get to the website just white here! IE or Netscape same thing. This is such an antiquated way of checking minutes. T-Mobile, you dial #646# send. The results display on your phones screen in 5 seconds or less. From what I understand, Cinglar does not have a way to check from the phone. Totally unacceptable. I hope there is a plan in the works.
