Contract ends soon. What happens?

I currently pay about $35 plus taxes each for two lines.

Does everything stay the same or do I need to do something.

For example. I have 250 minutes of mobile to mobile which was a
special when I signed up. The Bill shows a charge of $9.99 for that
but then gives a $9.99 credit.

Will it continue the same with the credit or will I now be charged an
additional $9.99 a month.

Same with anytime minutes. It was 300 with a bonus of 200 for a total
of 500. Do I now lose the 200 bonus minutes. Or pay more?

It all depends on the terms of the contract.

As I said it depends on the terms when you signed.  Often if you sign
with features the features will continue until such time as you choose
a different plan with different features or features priced
differently than you have now.  Or it could be that during the term of
the contract certain features were only applicable during the period
of the contract.  Once you have completed the contract you are a
subscriber "at will" and have no obligation to the company at which
time you can leave if you wish with no penalty or often at the end of
the contract they will give you the opportunity to get a new handset
with the stipulation that you will then be committed to another
contract for whatever period they may require.  They may also give you
a more severe discount for a longer contract period (e.g one versus
two years.)

If it was promotional during the period of your contract there's a
possibility that it may cost you extra, but you'd have to consult with
your customer care people to find out what they will or won't include
and if you'll have to pay extra for features you got while you were in
contract.

It all depends if what you got was promotional with an ending date or
whether you'll continue to get the pricing and features you have now.
The only way to know for sure is to call your carrier and find out.

Nothing will change.   You will continue as is, on a month-by-month
basis.
