Today the Cingular logo (name on the screen) changed to AT&T on my
Nokia E62 and my wife's Nokia 6030.

Still Cingular here in the San Francisco Bay Area on my new Motorola
RAZR V3xx.

Still says "Cingular" on my phone, in the NH Seacoast area.

Still says Cingular on my phone in southern Ohio. However, my son in
Illinois said his changed a few days ago, and he claims that he is having
poor service.

His "home" network may have been changed.  If so, he has the option of
either canceling without penalty [due to change in service] or staying.
