I am wondering if there is a website that can cross a network ID over to the
owning carrier.  I recently deployed to Iraq, and when I did a network scan
and in addition to the Iraqi carriers(Asiacell, Iraqna, and a mtc-ather) I
came across AT&T with a network ID of 310-08 .  I knew that MCI was there,
but I am wondering if ATT took over the MCI network?

Thanks for any help!

What makes you think it is AT&T?  Verizon merged with MCI, and I
suspect acquired MCI's contracts to provide phone service in Iraq
at the same time.

The MCC-MNC list maintained at Howard Forums says 310-080 is Corr
Wireless, as at

   http://www.corrwireless.com/

How that ended up in Iraq I know not, but an AT&T phone and SIM might
conceivably call this "AT&T" since AT&T roams with them in Alabama.
