Do you have a back due balance? This is the only way I could see you
being bounced to a live rep.

nope... whether my first bill or third.. if i pay before, during or
after the due date, doesnt work.

so att says the reason why it - IVR and auto pay system doesnt work
for me is because there are quotes in my name on my account (i.e.
"Ted")...
BS.... it has never worked even before the quotes got added.
