The first VNC client is now available for the iPhone and iPod touch. The
application, dubbed Mocha VNC, has been published in the App Store free
of charge.

Although the app is listed as a "lite version", it offers full control
of any PC running a VNC server. Right click, macro support, and multiple
keyboards are not supported in the "lite" incarnation, although it works
well for just about everything else.

A full version looks to be on its way for $5.99 and will support right
click, 3 keyboards, and macro support.

I like the free audio recorder Voice Notes. You can get several
minutes per note.

That TV application is pretty good too, where did they find all the
free channels on the web? I like the CBS one best for news and such.
It just steams one story after another.

There are a couple of neat apps that listen to music and tell you what
the song and artist is. One would be nice but two is almost overkill.

The killer iPhone 3G application is Pandora. I created a Yanni Radio
channel as well as others. That Pandora is really neat for quality
music!

Yanni?  Isn't that the channel used by the CIA to torture Iraqi prisoners
at Abu Graib?...(c;

Yanni on Iphone....they go together....

(feel free to use this slogan.  I release it to the public domain.)

Will you guys be making a "major announcement" on attws for every
flashlight program put up on the app store?

What about attached screen shots to show them lighting up the floor in the
dark?

get used to it Larry, it's very possible ATT and others will ONLY carry
iPhone models in the 5 years time.

iPhone nano, iPhone pico, iPhone ear, etc

It seems nobody is going to try and compete against Apple in the cell
phone, wifi phone market, so they basically own it from here on out...

The cell phone market is extreme non-competitive, so it's an easy sweep
for Apple.

Wow!  You guys really ARE possessed.  Even ATT sells more regular phones
in a day than the combined total off all FruitFones ever produced.

Thanks for the heads up. I missed that one.

Yup, that one is the killer. I have 24/7 Bob Dylan!
