iPhone 'real world actual use' uptake creaming Nokia and Sony in
Europe
http://internetrack.blogspot.com/2008/07/majority-of-iphone-users-browse-web-on.html

According to Paul Goode, senior analyst, comScore M:Metrics,
"It is worth noting that the Nokia N95 8GB with high speed 3G and
significant handset subsidies now has over twice as many users as the
iPhone across the UK, Germany and France.

Yet the iPhone, despite its small user-base, is already in the top 10
handsets for online browsing in the UK and in the top 5 in France and
Germany. It is giving devices like Nokia’s N Series and Sony Ericsson
K and W Series a definite run for their money.”

Of COURSE iPhone users browse a lot more than Nokia owners!  What else can
they do, turn on Flashlight 1.x?!

The Nokia and Sony users are RUNNING Symbian apps....not browsing the spam.

Larry, Larry the best of those if needed are already on the iPhone.

Today the iPhone 3G gets the rest of the neat stuff developed over the
last year. It will be jailbroken so apps outside of Apple's
restrictive SDK can be run by anyone.

BTW most people want to use the iPhone to browse the web while
listening to music of their choice. That the iPhone does in SPADES.
