I just got a 3595 new and in the last 3 weeks I have had to reset
(powerdown/on) the phone at least 4 times because of a "Insert SIM card".
Is ther a problem or is this normal? I've never had this problem or seen
anyone else have to do it either Thank you in advance!

Try removing the SIM and giving the contact side a good rub with your thumb
to clean it off.

I had the same problem for the first couple of days, but it has not recurred
since!? By the way, I like this phone very much -- except for the fact tht
it does not have IR.
