For the rest of us, there's http://m.wund.com for WAP browsers, or just
plain old http://wund.com for the "lite" version of the real Weather
Underground page, (suitable for larger screened Smartphones, and offers more
historical content than the mobile pages- I like the mobile pages for fast
access and less scrolling myself.)

....and for you tablet owners with 800 pixel screens and REAL web browsers:
http://vortex.plymouth.edu/tropical.html
Vortex at Plymouth State College in NH has been my favorite, lightly
loaded, meteorology student operated, website for 10 years. PSC has a
great program.....
.....and NO SPAM!....one of the last ones left!

That sort of is a sucky site Larry as all images are black and white
no color. There are no radar overlays or nothing of interest to me.

Man I hope NOAA is wrong. They're showing Gustav hitting WEST of New
Orleans, tonight, putting New Orleans on the STORM SURGE SIDE of a 100 knot
hurricane at landfall......not good at all.
The whole city may go under, yet again.

At least the only ones there will be the criminals who stayed behond
to loot the place after everyone fled this weekend.
