My 2 year contract with ATT has another year to run so they want to
charge me $399 or $499 for an iPhone,

but then that iPhone has to be on another two year contract.

NO SALE.

2 year contract   or  higher price. NOT BOTH.

Why is this "letter" to Steve Jobs, and not to AT&T.  Apple manufactures
the phone, AT&T sets upgrade policies.

(Though I do sympathize.  That's why I try never to do two-year contracts;
you never know what's coming out around the corner.)
