He doesn't but you can bet your a.s Apple reads this group every day....as
well as the other groups.

Why is this "letter" to Steve Jobs, and not to AT&T. Apple manufactures
the phone, AT&T sets upgrade policies.
(Though I do sympathize. That's why I try never to do two-year contracts;
you never know what's coming out around the corner.)
