I just got a credit equal to half a month's bill by requesting it, due to lousy service. Volume 1/4 of normal on local calls; local calls going straight to voice mail, etc. Like my late Dad always tole me. Should be automatic, and not require begging. But $100 for 30 minutes of effort isn't too shabby |
