T-mobile ot ATTWS in Long Island

Hi, just looking for a suggestion on which provider is better on Long
Island. I travel all over LI and I know both providers have problems,
but one has to be better than the other. Also if At&t deployed 850 mhz
in LI yet, if they have'nt when are they gonna do that.
