How to contact "heads" of AT&T???

I have been having problems with my cellular bill for the past 5
months and the service reps refuse to accept mistake after mistake. I
have submitted a complaint to the BBB but I would also like to write
the heads of AT&T. does anyone have the addresses for the pres, vice
pres, regional pres', etc??? email or snail mail...

From what I have seen, they all live south of the belt near a zipper. First
name is "Dick" Good luck with them as most of the "Dickheads" at ATTWS just
couldnt care less, unless their stock is dropping in value...Eddie
