| Why do you think it should have come with your phone? Lots of electronic
| devices don't come with hardcopy, PDAs etc. You have a computer I assume.
(PS. Your case may differ)
>> For my case, my 2nd hand 9210 did not come with a book.. maybe it got
lost somewhere? All i have is a stupid electronic manual which loads
painfully slow on a Pentium3 (WinXP)... rather have a book for a phone that
costs a bomb... the 3300 sim free aint cheap either where i'm from
(malaysia)..

I do have a computer, this is not the issue. When I pay $200 + for a phone,
I want to know how to use every single feature on that phone. I depend on
the user guide for this. That's what it's for, right? Call me crazy, but I
usually read at least 90% of that user guide, which in this instance, is 252
pages. Who wants to scroll through 252 pages sitting in front of a computer
screen? Very inconvenient and a waste of time IMO. I have never before
purchased anything without a hard copy user guide, but now that I know, I
will most certainly check before I buy. I have bought 5 Nokia phones over
the years and all of them had user guides.

If this will help, there is an interactive guide for many Nokia
phones, including yours, at
http://www.nokiahowto.com/
You can select which section you want to view. Reading is reading,
no matter what the medium is.

Personally, I'd sooner pay ?5 less and have an electronic manual. Printing
costs a lot, and since most of the stuff I buy comes mail delivery, a big
heavy book is not something I want to pay to have shipped. Nokia will
probably sell you one quite happily if you insist on having one, but since
they have already provided you one, you can't really complain.
