The 30-day risk free trial doesn't mention anything about the $36 activation fee. All the 30 day free trail gets you is out of the contract, and the price of the handset ,if you return it with EVERYTHING I.E.= every little baggy and twist tie. Maybe this is so they can sell it again. At least you do get a full 30 days to realize what a piss-poor provider (in Southern Calif) they are and CAN get out of the contract. One word of advice, ATTWS will promise you the world, promise to upgrade everything in your area, usually in 2 weeks. They will do their best to get you to keep that phone for 30 days. DO NOT accept ANY verbal crap from them!!! When the sh.t hits the fan ATTWS always tells you to read the fine print on your agreement, all verbal crap then goes out the window and they pretend they never told you a new cellsite will be installed in your neighborhood in 2 weeks. Use that phone like crazy for the 30 days, use the sh.t out of it.
