using a t720, i have always been able to read and respond via pop3 mail
with no problem. now since the mmode changes i am getting 413 errors and i
can not at times even look at a mail listing. just to look at the headers.
sometimes i can get my pop3 headers, but not mmode mail. i just get the 413
error and then the service is worthless. i have had the mmode for a year and
it started, just a few days ago. i called cs and was told to clear my cache.
but the am pretty sure the t720 has no cache. i called cs again, and as
usual they had no idea what i am talking about. any ideas

Join the club.  CS seem to know NOTHING about mMode.  When I called
yesterday, the rep insisted that they hadn't done any kind of "upgrades"
(using the term VERY loosely).  After I insisted for 5-10 minutes that they
had, he finally called his "help desk."  They confirmed the changes, but
neither he nor they knew anything about how the e-mail system worked.

Just wondering... what does your e-mail reader look like on the t720?
Whereas I used to have a nice display and easy functions on my Siemens S46,
now I have:

EVERY word underlined

Three clicks to move between messages on the main screen

No delete function at the main screen level.  You have to go into a message
and down to the bottom to even start to get to the "delete range" function.
