Or did it already do that with its new software that may well put it out
of business, or at least cause it to lose tens of millions of dollars in
sales this holiday season.

Anyone know who ATT's software vendor is? Or how many heads are rolling?

Siebel is the company that provided the software ATT uses to keep track
of customers, and upgrade them?
