If anybody actually cares about this kind of stuff you should
understand that ATTWS is one of the biggest offenders of offshoring of
IT work in the US. Just read alt.computer.consultants some time for a
perspective on how AT&T Wireless is reducing expenses by making
American employees redundant.

In *MY* opinion is one CHICKEN-sh.t outfit. Run with a $ sign in mind it
doesnt care about the customer at all. They will cut employee throats, renig
on deals, tell you what you want to hear in the stores (then do what they
want)and especially on the phone with "Customer NOservice". In the SOuthern
Calif. ATTWS has NOTHING to offer it's customers but shitty coverage,
oversold channels, a piss-poor attempt at GSM and all the pointless promises
you can handle. Once ATTWS has you hooked thru the mouth, they will quickly
tell you to read your contract everytime you want to complain about the poor
service you have.
There are *OTHER* carriers available, ATTWS is not the only provider in the
game. Research who provides good service to your neighbors, co-workers,
friends to see what works in YOUR neighborhood......Eddie
