SE T610 with Bluetooth Headset

I have a SE T610 and a SE Bluetooth Headset.
The connection between these two seem flakie at best.
On an incoming call, sometimes more often than not it would seem the headset
does not ring, but the phone does, this translates to only being able to
pick up the call on the phone.
On making a call sometimes the headset does not appear to be paired to the
phone and the call is made only utilising the phone.
Prior to making the call in order to successfully use the headset I have to
activate the headset, confirm connection by hearing the beeps then make the
call.
As I said "flakie" at best.

Is anyone else having this problem?
Do you think upgrading the firmware of the phone will help with the
connection of the BT headset ?

Can anyone tell me where I can have my phone firmware upgraded in Sydney

Many thanks

Its always best to update the phone firmware if a new one is out .. as they
always fix something inside .

In Sydney, try Fonebiz over in Rockdale area [ along Princess Highway across
a Honda dealer ]
Its normally a one day turn over job.

Or MobileFoneRepair near the Forum Plaza in Pacific Highway, St Leonards
should be able to help you too.

Definitely get the firmware updated. The BT combo should work well. But
in the past, I have had to re-pair the two units to get them back to
talking terms. But it's very rare, 1 or twice in 2 years.
