'T-Time' isn't a new product - it's just a tagline for Telstra Mobile Link

It's not _just_ for that product.

No, T-Time, is a banner for advertising a number of offers, including mobile
(Mobile Link), fixed line and Internet

Fair enough; a bit like the little animated numbers, then?

Sort of. The animated numbers never advertised any product though, they were
just .... cute little things I guess.
An attempt to freshen up several Telstra products but don't get excited,
it's just an old tried and trusted marketing technique. - there's nothing
new here.
Telstra really does lack innovation, I find.
While travelling I saw 4 shops all rubbing shoulders with each other a few
days ago. Telstra, Voda, Optus and 3.
Lots of business being done in the Optus shop, about 20 customers and 5
sales staff. Yes, deals were being done.
About 10 tyre kickers in the 3 shop. I overheard each of the three sales
staff explaining to customers, in separate conversations, that coverage is
limited to busy parts of capital cities and there are no plans to increase
coverage. Customers looked sceptical.
Not much action in the Voda shop, about 4 browsing customers.
Not one person in the Telstra shop.
This, in the CBD shopping precinct of a major city.
Ziggy has a problem.

This scanaerio is replicated in most shopping centres, however the T-shops
will appear busier because of the line of people doing Bill Payments etc..
