Customers who activated before 2 March 2004 will continue to have the
Network Access and Recharge Only that applied when they initially
activated.

03. Recharge Denominations
On and from the 31st March 2004 we will introduce two new recharge
denominations - 15 dollars and 30 dollars. The 15 dollar recharge will
give you 1 month network access, and the 30 dollar recharge will give
you 6 months network access. The 30 dollar recharge will be available
via all recharge methods except ATM, and the 15 dollar recharge will
only be available through electronic meansbut notvia ATMs.

The existing 25 dollar recharge will be phased out with existing stock
available until sold out. The current 60 dollar recharge and 100
dollar recharge will remain the same and will continue to be
available.

We are introducing a Recharge Bonus offer which. will be available
from 31st March 2004 until 30th June 2004.

To be eligible for the recharge bonus you must recharge $30 or more

you recharge.

05. Premium SMS
We expect Premium SMS will be available to ALL Telstra Pre-Paid Plus
customers on or shortly after 31st March 2004. You will be able to use
your Telstra Pre-Paid Plus service to buy SMS content services from
businesses other than Telstra. SMS content services may include things
like: Voting and polling on TV and radio shows, competitions,
purchasing ringtones and icons, downloading games or accessing info
services like news and weather.

Prices for these SMS content services will be set by the business
providing the content, not Telstra.. Telstra charges the business
providing the content a cost for your use of your Telstra Pre-Paid
Plus service to purchase that content from the business. For full
Terms and Conditions on Premium SMS visit www.communic8.com.au.

06. MMS availability
From 1st March 2004 MMS will be available on your pre-paid service.
MMS will be charged at 75 cents per message sent to each recipient.
Charges may take up to 48 hours to be debited from your account.

07. Network upgrades for GSM customers only
Until now, all communic8 prepaid services received a warning tone when
their credit balance reached 3 mins, 2 mins and 1 min.

Soon we will begin a new system of notifying GSM customers when their
prepaid credit is low. Instead of the warning tones, GSM customers
will receive an SMS message when their credit balance reaches one
dollar.

This upgrade will take place over several months. Customers who are
upgraded will be sent a reminder SMS prior to the change.
