I haven't seen any figures from the ACA in a while, they just say "Congestion and Dropout statistics were satisfactory for all carriers". Its done quarterly. And yes, cong and drop out are generally satisfactory. When you start getting to 0.5%, 1 in 200 calls, it really is irrelevant however, if you can never make calls during Yes Time, sure, its relevant. And if you live in a poor coverage area, then its relevant They need to start breaking the figures up for more relevancy Times of day , splitting states into capital city vs rural etc etc > Albinus. |
