If you bring your mobile number to 3 before April 30 2004 you'll
receive a $100 credit on your 3rd bill. Available on any 3 mobile on
any plan. Don't wait, get a new 3 mobile today!

Strange but true fact.

Phone is on, Full signal, ringing to see the reception ...

Have '3' been included in the ACA's coverage tests (dropouts and
congestion), yet?

I haven't seen any figures from the ACA in a while, they just say
"Congestion and Dropout statistics were satisfactory for all carriers".

Its done quarterly. And yes, cong and drop out are generally satisfactory.

When you start getting to 0.5%, 1 in 200 calls, it really is irrelevant

however, if you can never make calls during Yes Time, sure, its relevant.
And if you live in a poor coverage area, then its relevant

They need to start breaking the figures up for more relevancy

Times of day , splitting states into capital city vs rural etc etc
