Hello I have an Ericsson T20s that is not working properly.  The
problem is that it wont call out or receive.  It does the same thing
regardless of the sim card in it. The IMEI is not blocked

Not necessarily, it could just not be reading the sim properly.

Ok another update

I was able to make a call today but it then reverted to its ol behaviour.

BTW the IMEI is not blocked

I think Rod's theory is something worth investigating - have you tried
cleaning both your SIM card and phone contacts with alcohol or a fibreglass
pen? My Vodafone SIM gave me this problem in my 5110, cleaned both sets of
contacts and worked fine.

Yeah, looks like some problem with the sim slot and associated electronics.

> BTW the IMEI is not blocked

Yeah, if it was, it wouldnt have worked that one time.
