RUIM stands for Removable User Identification Module card. It is used
for international roaming on some overseas networks.

With something as unique as that, use google, stupid.

Bullshit Rod. It's a card that you take out and place into a GSM phone
to enable you to roam in some countries eg: South Africa.

You really aren't fooling anyone stupids. The main advantage of a sim
card is that you can simply swap phones without having to take the phone
into the big smoke to have it changed. RUIM cards don't allow this, so
they are in no way 'basically the same a what SIM does'. fool
