G'day all

I've recently got a new Nokia 2280 (my first mobile phone lol) anyway... i
am interested about downloading Rintones (which it says i can do in the
manual) but just about everywhere i look they say they dont support the
2280. i've searched around, but still cannot find anything, so i have come
here hoping someone might now something that i dont and might be able to
point me in the right direction.

Also, in the manual and also on the Nokia website, it says the 2280 can take
pictures and stuff, yet when i go through my phone i cannot see anything
that resembles anything about pictures. Again if anyone can help me out here
it would be much appreciated.

There is no mention of a camera for the Nokia 2280 on the Nokia website, so
I don't know what phone you were looking at.

As for ringtones if you connect to Nokia or other sites via wap you should
be able to find ringtones.

I never said anything about a Camera, i was talking about pictures like
picture messaging. on the Nokia website it says about Enhanced Messaging.

OK, yes there are SMS picture messages around. I have received a few over
the years and have seen them advertised at excessive prices in magazines
that are sent to you via SMS.

So do u have a Nokia 2280? because i dont know how to access picture
messages and stuff on the phone.

No, but if you have WAP enabled you should be able to access Nokia's WAP
site.
