If they get #121# working I might just give iSim a go myself. Used to
use it when I was on contract with Optarse. Very handy for the
occasional sports result or weather forecast.

If they do not deliver services that they have advertised, then a complaint
should be lodged with the TIO.Otherwise you end up with issues like Telstra
had (eg: CDMA Callback notification service) which was never implemented
until YEARS after Telstra advertised it was available

Nope. Not when it's clear in their Terms and Conditions that GPRS is not
guaranteed.

Ive specifically enquired with the TIO on issues like this. On mobiles, no
VAS are guaranteed, nor do they need to work.
Its only the 5 or so enhanced calling features on the PSTN that the TIO will
be interested in
The TIO arent the be-all and end-all of those who wish to whine for
something to do
