Well said. That on top of no minimum spend... Optus would be asking
for trouble by issuing a $0 SIM with access to outbound 'yes' Time.
Tom N posted a similar offer by B Digital (on Optus's network), which
might be a bit closer to what [] is after - $0 minimum spend, $99 cap
for up to $300 voice calls, and 30c/10 minutes to Optus GSM from
8pm-midnight.

this one actually appears to have a 25c call rate and since
there are no minimums I guess you would go for the $99 cap -
costs nothing but has a cheaper rate
