I suggest if anyone has any issues with their dodgy charging for email and

I didnt get around to doing anything about this, mainly because
the credits are rather piddling amounts and I'm basically using
up the credit on the iSim before it expires anyway.

I did make one call to myself, just to keep the account active, in late Oct.

Just got the latest bill, and for some reason I did get an email and
electronic billing credit for August and just the email credit for Sept.

From memory those would have been about what they should
have done earlier, provided those credits for the time before
they notified me of the new system for credits only when the
amount billed in a particular month is more than $5.50 or something.

I havent used the account except for that one call to ensure they
didnt close the account in the time since the credits no longer
showed up on the bills. Presumably the TIO monstered them on that.

I've taken to making one call a month because they basically said in an
email to me that if they issue a bill, and it gets direct debitted, then you
are eligible for the DD credit.

My bill will turn up in a few days so I will let you know

What's this about? Last bill I got I never got both credits which I was
entitled to so I put my the Unison sim away and decided not to use it. Am I
going to get charged for something now even though I don't use it?

Basically the email bills and direct debit payment of anything outstanding.

Nope, we're talking about CREDITS, not debits.

You wont normally get direct debitted in that situation because
the call shouldnt be more than the previous month's credit unless
you do that deliberately, and there isnt any real point in that.

And that doesnt explain mine, I've never been direct debitted at all.

They're also rather oddly described.

I've got a pair of
   Email bill rebate Aug
   Email rebate July
listed under Other Items

and
   email bill rebate
listed under special calls, all with the same -$2.75
dollar value each, which is the correct dollar value.

Looks like a complete shambles, as usual.
