Yep, there's still a few around.
The Optarse Usage Only Plan is $0 per month. Main downside
is that you cant just sign up for it from scratch, you have to
convert an existing Optarse plan thats out of contract to it.
Unison is actually a bit better than $0/month because
they pay you if you allow email bills and direct debits.

They dont however last for that long if you only spend $2
And unison is completely free.
